Strengthening Strategy

SMART’s Director of Performance Improvement is responsible for working with SMART’s Leadership Team on strategy development, deployment and education. Also, He defines and leads our organizations improvement. Our PI Director works to strengthen strategy and operations by collecting themes, ideas, and organization-wide trends, which are translated for inclusion in our strategies and operations. Additionally, he acts as organizational consultant to quality and process.
