What you can expect when you implement SMART’s EHR:

  • Introduction Call

    SMART’s implementation begins with an assessment call with your Implementation Project Team and SMART’s Assessment Team.

  • Assessment

    In this phase, we assess your business requirements. We first review each of the areas of your business in alignment with the SMART modules. Then we compare your business needs and identify the solutions for you. This assessment allows us to build the software in preparation for your use.

  • Kickoff Meeting

    The kickoff meeting is a review of the team’s responsibilities and project requirements. We also review the installation process and provide a software demonstration.

  • Installation and System Settings

    In this phase, we work together to complete our installation procedures and checklist. Then forms, templates, and system settings will be identified and provided to SMART.

  • Training

    Our best-fit approach ensures that our partners get exceptional training and educational materials. We deliver a personalized training plan, including the pre-go-live training and go-live training schedule.

  • Go-Live and Post Installation Training

    SMART remains with your organization throughout the go-live transition. We work hand in hand with your associates to ensure that they learn the SMART Solution quickly. During Post Installation Training, you will work with an Implementation Advocate. The goal of this phase is to audit your “live” information to ensure we meet all your needs. This process enables and prepares you to transition to Customer Support and Partner Services.

  • Transition to Account Management and Customer Support

    This transition occurs after your training is complete. A transition meeting formally delivers the new SMART partner to their Partner Success Manager and Support Team. From here, the Partner Success Manager will maintain contact and ensure our EHR solution is proving meeting all expectations.
