Fall 2017 marks the beginning of Acadia Healthcare’s switch to a new digital health record software in Maryland. They chose the SMART Solution to improve EHR functionality and billing efficiency at their three Maryland-based OTPs. Acadia’s programs incorporate a variety of treatment techniques into several levels of care. This includes medication-assisted treatment with methadone, Suboxone, Subutex, and Vivitrol.

As a result, their detailed training plan outlining the pre-go-live training and go-live training schedules helping to keep both teams on track.
