Raising Funds for Amos House

SMART Management’s Executive Assistant Adriene O’Connor dedicated her time in the month of April to raising money for Amos House. Once a week for the entire month she brought in homemade specialty treats to sell to our Associates. Adriene and her family also participated in the Get Gore for Good Amos House fundraising event. She said that, “I wanted to bring the younger members of my family to this event so they better can understand the impact of homelessness on the U.S. today and the importance of helping to make a difference.”

Get Gore for Good is a unique race event held in downtown Providence, RI. The Providence Roller Derby League members in attendance dashed after race participants wearing horns on their helmets. See more about the event on the Get Gored for Good website.
With the help of her friends, family and colleagues, Adirene was able to raise nearly $700. SMART would like to thank Adriene for her hard work, dedication and charitable spirit. Learn how you can help by visiting the Amos House website.
